Puts me on hold AGAIN, then says they're too busy to take my call. I said I have issue about billing & it's stressing me out as I'm disabled w/ stage 4 hypertension which puts me in hospitals. JO got RUDE again. I asked Y UR so RUDE? He cuts me off AGAIN, puts me on hold. Rudy decides to pick up saying what do I WANT?? Now I feel HYPER having breathing issues cause it's too much Stress 4 me, NOW, I get accused of yelling so he doesn't have to talk to me? I ask him Y JO is being so RUDE. RUDY says "Yeah I know who it is he does that, it's fine I GOT U, what do u need"? I ask Y am I getting billed when U didn't COMPLY with sales agreement we had as PART OF DEAL to REPLACE left stepper W/ motor. He said they only did motor cause it cost too much. I said this wasn't OUR DEAL. I spent $3,500. to make SURE MY Trade had NO Mechanical issues. MIND U, Truck I got from them NOW has ENGINE ISSUES & TRANSMISSION is Slipping YET I didn't call complaining about it. I only want what was promised. I asked Y ur sending me a bill, NOW RUDY gets RUDE, CUTS ME OFF SAME as JO, now a woman picks up. I explain ALL. She says I HAVE to PAY bill cause THEY Miscalculated so now I'm responsible? Deal is done. It's THEIR issue. She CURSES at me then hangs up? I call back, SAME RUDE JO SAME thing again, NOW Michael the MGR gets on. I explain ALL to him but he could care less. Says he doesn't care what RUDY promised. NOW he THREATENS/BULLIES ME like I'm supposed to be SCARED of his BULLY TACTICS. Look at his BBB reviews CLEARLY showing history of selling BAD cars/scamming people & at HIGH prices AS PER Lawyer above. MORE to write, wont fit More
