I am an 89‑year‑old senior citizen, and I want to warn others in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area about my experience with Lee Auto Group. The vehicle I purchased from them broke down on I‑75 within hours others in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area about my experience with Lee Auto Group. The vehicle I purchased from them broke down on I‑75 within hours of leaving the lot. My wife and I were stranded in the dark and had to pay $200 for towing. Since the purchase, I have spent over $5,500 out of pocket on towing and repairs caused by the vehicle’s immediate mechanical failures. The dealership refused to take responsibility, refused reimbursement, and later attempted to charge me an additional $125 for a repair they had previously claimed was “on them.” I have filed complaints with multiple Florida agencies, and my experience is now part of their official records. I am posting this to help protect other consumers — especially seniors — from going through what we did. More
