Slimey car dealership! !! As soon as I got onto I75 leaving the dealership, the transmission started slipping. I called immediately and they said they’d make it right… well, !! I called immediately and they said they’d make it right… well, I’ve had my car about 2 weeks out of the two months I’ve owned it. They worked on it for weeks just to tell me they can’t help, and so I brought it to a Chevy dealer, and they’re replacing the transmission. Not only the transmission, but the AC compressor. In addition to the car being a piece, their sales tactics were practically illegal. “4 square” look it up. Never mentioned the thousands in fees they were charging me or I never would have purchased from them. Buyer beware. I will forever recommend people not to come here! Wish I could give 0 stars. More

Got a clean low mileage Grand Marquis Mike was my sales guy, he was all over the vehicle prior to my arrival. Very easy to work with. Was in out and home by dinner. Was pleasantly surprised by Mr Mike Ts sales approach. Very helpful honest and not at all pushy. He let me explain my situation with my trade in and career changes. We came up with a few options I felt we Very helpful honest and not at all pushy. He let me explain my situation with my trade in and career changes. We came up with a few options I felt were right for me and my budget and he helped me make that a reality. Treated me fairly on my trade and was really efficient with the whole process. A different buying experience then I have had at larger corporate run dealerships in the past.
