I needed a new car and was very hesitant to shop due to past experiences. I have been looking on line for a few months now and found the Lee website easy to navigate and it made looking at cars easier with past experiences. When I finally was ready to look at a car -- I started on line and that is how I met Joe. He responded promptly and was very easy to talk with. He was not pushy and made it very easy to move forward with a visit to the dealership. Once there, we (my husband and I along with our kids) were greeted immediately by the staff and made comfortable while we waited for Joe. Once we met him in person we felt at ease. He was very knowledgable, took his time with us, answered all of our questions and gave us information in order for us to make a decision that was comfortable for us. In the end we purchased a vehichle that made sense for us and we are extremely happy! We would come back to this dealership and certainly would ask for Joe. My experience at Lee with Dan and Gene was excellent. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Jeep I was buying and very patient with my questions. I had had a very poor experience at another dealer 6 years ago and so I was very hesitant to go through the process again.
