When my husband and I determined we needed a new car, we cringed. We hate dealing with sales people and we weren't sure we'd qualify anyway since my husband had recently been laid off. We were not in the mood to be over-sold or treated like we were stupid, or worse, made to feel embarressed if we wouldn't qualify. I had heard nothing but good things about Mike Marsh from Lee and we called him straight away. Mike was like nothing I had ever experienced. He was kind, patient, dilligent. . .not like any car salesman I'd worked with anywhere! He listened to our needs, he called us with updates on information he found out for us, and he never tried to put us in something we didn't want or weren't sure we could afford. He worked with their finance department for us, before we ever closed the sale, so that our financing would be taken care of without a hassle. I don't remember the name of the gentleman we worked with in the finance department, but he was also a complete gentleman. In one day we were in a Jeep that we really loved, at a price we could afford, and we always felt respected and valued. As long as Mike Marsh is selling cars, I will never buy from anyone but him! I went in to see what I had for options regarding the end of my lease. I ended up buying out the lease after I received all the information I was looking for and then some. Last fall I decided to trade in my car for a new one. I knew I wanted a Dodge Charger but they have many models and there were certain features I wanted and did not want. I didn’t want to spend days at a dealership and have a car salesman pressuring me into buying what is on their lot. A friend recommended this dealership to me so I stopped by one day. I sat down with Josh Goulette and told him exactly what the car needed to have and what my budget was. Josh was a really friendly, down to earth guy and did not try to push me towards a model that he knew I didn’t want. I got the impression he wanted me to be happy with the car and was excited about finding it. I turned him loose to find my car and he quickly found a Charger that had exactly what I wanted and even additional features that I did not think I would be able to get. Josh called and told me what the price would be, and what they would give me for the trade in. I drove to the dealership still expecting there to be some catch or something unexpected that I was not told about. There never was. When I showed up they had the car on display looking nice and shiny. Everyone there seemed very excited about my car. I worked with Gene who got me excellent financing. Since then they have followed up with me on maintenance and to make sure I like the new car. I could not be happier with my experience dealing with Josh and everyone at Lee Auto Mall. I plan to go back when I am ready for a new car. More

After we found a truck that suited my needs, Joshua worked with Kurt and Gene to get me a great deal. These three guys worked as a team to put me in a truck, while giving me as many incentives as possible. Work with Joshua (call ahead to be sure he will be in), you’ll get a fair deal, without dealing with a typical “car salesman.” More
We bought a mini van here a few years ago and were supposed to get a free checkup and oil/lube service. I bought it in and left it off and waited outside for a friend to pick me up. I guess they thought I'd left when the mechanic came in to pick up the keys from the service manager and asked what he'd be doing. When the service manager told him he replied so oil, lube & filter? The service manager replied: "no filter, it's a freebie". I let them know I was still there and gave the service manager both barrels. It told me all I needed to know about how they treat their customers. Have heard other horror stories from friends and co-workers. More
