We came to your dealership looking for a GMC truck. We had specific ideas on what we wanted. Derek Plourde was our salesman. He made us feel valued the minute we met him. He has a great sense of humor and a laid back manner which we think works much better than the salesmen who appear to be in it only to make the deal. He listened to us. We loved the vehicle that he showed us and test drove with us. He tried very hard to make it as affordable as he was able to. He called us two days after with a couple of other options that he thought might be in a better price range for us. We did end up finding a truck that met all of our expectations at another dealership. I have to say that we were very pleased with Derek. He is a keeper! We will keep him in mind if we ever are looking for another vehicle. More
