At Lee we are always striving for the perfect customer experience; however we are realistic and know we cannot satisfy 100% of the customers 100% of the time. In this case we recognize the human error that lead to this customer’s dissatisfaction. We have taken the steps to correct the problem internally with process training. We have apologized privately though Dealer Rater and to date the customer has refused to communicate. After several attempts to contact we offer this public apology and hope the customer chooses to communicate in the future. Below is a copy of my first attempt to contact: Lee Honda Auburn wrote on 1/6/2011 3:55:36 PM: Please accept the sincerest apologies from everyone at Lee Auto Mall. After discussions with our staff, involving the GM (Bill Menke) and some retraining of involved service personnel we are confident that we have corrected any future errors like the one made with you.
