Keep coming back My third car from the Lee Johnson dealership family (one Chev, one Mazda, and now a Kia) - there just might be a reason - friendly knowledgeable sales My third car from the Lee Johnson dealership family (one Chev, one Mazda, and now a Kia) - there just might be a reason - friendly knowledgeable sales people that know how to listen (if i want stats, i can go online) and truly hear what my driving needs are and then are willing to offer me suggestions - never get the feeling that i am being upsold or just a sales goal number - each time they knew me by name, followed up to ensure that i had received the information that would be most helpful, and followed up after the sale as well to ensure my satisfaction - not 17 anymore, and much of the tech improvements were a bit of a mystery - not much on trying to puzzle out which part of the manual might apply, so a number of the sales people helped in setting up the tech systems in the car to meet my needs - very patient during this process (never got the feeling that they had somewhere else to be or that i was costing them downtime money) - pretty much guaranteed that this will be the place i go for car 4 - an amazing group (thanks Brian S & Mike P) More
