Before we even went to the shop, Sam provided a very competitive, final price, so we could expect what we would have. We came in the day when Sam was not in office (which we knew in advance), and were helped by Robbie. Other than some minor initial confusion, the whole process was very smooth. Robbie was very helpful and friendly, and the paperwork was done quickly. Overall, it was a very nice car purchasing experience. More
Antenna replacement Great experience from beginning to end. I contacted OnStar about a problem I was having with GPS not working. On my display it had a square with GPS Great experience from beginning to end. I contacted OnStar about a problem I was having with GPS not working. On my display it had a square with GPS and a red X through it. The OnStar rep, Derek< helped trouble shoot the problem and determined I need to go to the dealer for service to fix the issue. He said he read a memo about faulty antennas causing the problem. Derek connected with Lee Johnson, Cindy, to set up an appointment. When Cindy came on the line she was aware of the issue and had multiple appointments available the next day with Tom the Service Advisor. Tom was responsive as usual. The problem was diagnosed, and Tom kept me informed during my wait. The antenna was replaced and I was on my way again with everything working. Thank you, Dave Rowe More

Lee Johnson One issue was that they tried to get me to purchase theft insurance, which they had bought for the cars in their lot. They never did explain this charge until I discovered it on the invoice. Also, they were very insistent about purchasing an extended warranty, not unlike all dealers. Finally, Richie the salesman, was very good and courteous. More

Great Customer Service I purchased my Mazda 3 brand new from Lee Johnson and the only time I had a great buying experience. I never used to use a dealership Service Dept be I purchased my Mazda 3 brand new from Lee Johnson and the only time I had a great buying experience. I never used to use a dealership Service Dept because they would upsell, cost more and not give good service. This is NOT the case with Lee Johnson. For 10 years I have been using their service department and I even get my oil changes done here. They always take care of me and at a competitive price. Love Lee Johnson. Thank you for the great customer service for all these years which is so uncommon these days. More
GREAT 30 day courtesy service! Jim in Service was wonderful. I noticed one teeny tiny shortcoming - had a wash & vacuum but it appeared that the back hadn't been vacuumed. My Sport Jim in Service was wonderful. I noticed one teeny tiny shortcoming - had a wash & vacuum but it appeared that the back hadn't been vacuumed. My Sportage has a nice plastic tray installed back there and it needed vacuuming. Otherwise, everything was "perfecto" and speedy. I only had time to read a couple pages in the book I brought along. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave me a quick walk around to go over the key features. During the test drive we went through all the new safety features as well as the various controls. The test drive was casual and very informative. Getting a new vehicle couldn't be easier. It was less than 2 hours from arriving on the lot to driving away in my new Traverse. More
