I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lee Johnson Kia, primarily centered around unresolved financial issues and poor communication. After purchasing a vehicle, I faced challenges with the dealership over an $819 payment to Kia Finance for the cancellation of an oil change service. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, including phone calls and messages, my concerns were consistently ignored, leading to a significant level of frustration and inconvenience. The most concerning aspect was their failure to resolve the financial discrepancy. Not only was the promised payment not processed, but there was also no effort to update me on the situation, despite their initial confirmation of handling it. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed any initial positive impressions I had of Lee Johnson Kia. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness has significantly affected my trust in their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope this review highlights the need for improved communication and customer service at Lee Johnson Kia. Just traded in a really nice 2020 KIA Niro EV for a 2023 KIA EV6. Calvin Poindexter was our sales representative. My family and I walked into the dealership, and we were greeted by Jeffrey Belmonte. This was our 3rd visit to a dealership that day and Jeffrey was hands down the most welcoming, knowledgeable and friendl greeted by Jeffrey Belmonte. This was our 3rd visit to a dealership that day and Jeffrey was hands down the most welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly sales manager that we spoke to that day. We explained to him what we were looking for and 5 minutes later, we were test driving one of the vehicles we had set our eye on. Although we haven't made our decision yet in terms of the vehicle we want to purchase, his personality and attitude surely made a great impression on us.
