Took my son's '18 Kia Forte for the theft-prevention recall at no cost. Our demographics are different where we live but as he starts to drive around the area more, we don't need to be concerned about recall at no cost. There was a mistake made on the interior of the car I was buying, and noticed the error when I saw the interior, when about to pick it up in the afternoon. I was expecting to get the correct car in at least buying, and noticed the error when I saw the interior, when about to pick it up in the afternoon. I was expecting to get the correct car in at least a few days but they went and got a car with the correct interior, by the end of the same day and even got the protective coating on then. Also, when I was trying to decide which color of car to order, I asked if they had color samples, instead of going by the computer screen color choices. Freddie, drove me around their large lot on an upper deck to see the colors on the new cars, sure enough the colors looked different than the desktop computer screen examples and was able to choose a favorite color, which was not the original choice, in the office. More
