Met Mark over the Phone thanks to my Memphis Nissan dealer. What a friendly welcome and possitive, but not pushy response to my needs in a car. I needed a car in Maine, but live in Memphis. During the void the Sales Manager and Mark stayed in contact and had the Murano ready to go as we drove up on our way to our summer home in New Vineyard, Maine. The entire staff at Lee Auto made my family feel welcome on our arrival and Mark had my wife and I somewhat knowledgeable with all of the cars technology. I must admit I still have problems with the voice cammands. The Murano is now down in Memphis, but our (01)Pathfinder is up in Maine. Both wondeerful automobiles. It was a great experience from the minute we walked in. Ben Roberts was very friendly as well as very knowledgable and he showed us the vehicle we were definetly interested in.
