Mr. Walsh, We have triple-checked our records and cannot find you having had service with us. We were researching because we wanted to make sure you had posted your review on the correct profile as, unfortunately, what you are stating is just not correct. We absolutely have a service department that is located behind our showroom. If you would like to discuss this further we encourage you to contact our service manager Shane Manson. I was in your “service department” this very morning attempting to resolve an issue with a problem repair. There isn’t a record of you servicing my vehicle because a very polite blonde lady in the service department told me that there wasn’t a service department on site and technicians were not available on site and gave me a number to call to schedule an appointment because apparently I can’t just schedule when I’m standing there at the counter. I have scheduled service at a different Nissan dealership that has technicians available to collaborate with other repair facilities. Thanks for the prompt response.
