This girl made my visit feel like a breeze since she kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle and she had by far one of the best customer service skills i have experience in a long time. I just wish we had more reps like her in the industry and I truly hope she is at the least verbally recognised for being great at her job. Among the best experiences ever buying a car I honestly wasnt planning on buying a new car, or even used for that matter. I came in to see if we could work out a deal on trading my suv outright, I honestly wasnt planning on buying a new car, or even used for that matter. I came in to see if we could work out a deal on trading my suv outright, since it really just isn't what we needed or wanted anymore. Bob was always super upfront and honest. He found rebates and discounts available that made it more worth buying a brand new car than trying to trade in for used. I have some less than stellar experiences with other dealerships, but this was definitely among the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Would definitely return here when the time comes for another new one More
