My experience at Lee Nissan for my oil change and tire rotation was almost perfect. My service writer was friendly and explained things as he should. I appreciated that my wait time was only one hour. My only complaint is they have started charging 3% to pay by credit card. That did sour my whole experience, as paying was the last thing that I did at the dealership.
