This was the most pleasant experience at any car dealership EVER. Ed was friendly, to the point, straight forward, and intuitive to my needs remembering things I probably would have forgotten. Despite virtually always knowing what I have come for when arriving at a car dealership, I generally have to endure a long-winded discussion of how lucky I was to have arrived at a dealership, chosen/found the car I have selected, etc. Ed treated me like an adult (which has been rare for me, despite being a physician), thought of my comfort after my out of town arrival and inquired about any wants or needs after arrival. There were no surprise added costs (1st time ever) which are always explained to be expected. He looked after my sister who waited in my car without my ever mentioning any concern about her wait, and knowing she was going to inherit my car had already dealt with the tag concerns without my ever asking. I just cannot say enough about how smooth and pleasant the process was. Needed a new sedan and stopped in to check out the Sentra models on a rainy Saturday afternoon. . Was greeted by Koray and we let him know what we were interested in. Koray was able to negotiate a price that was very attractive and extremely competitive with other Nissan dealers we had visited from Mobile to Panama City.
