The best experience I could have imagined First I have to say that from beginning to end this was an incredible experience and I was extremely impressed! I called Mike O'Brien on a Sunday (bec First I have to say that from beginning to end this was an incredible experience and I was extremely impressed! I called Mike O'Brien on a Sunday (because I didn't realize the dealerships were closed and I was DETERMINED to get a car). He answered his personal cellphone right away and I was blown away with his willingness to show me and my husband cars while the dealership was closed. That same Sunday we test drove two cars - we didn't need to go any further because I found exactly what I wanted. I selected a 2013 Honda Accord. It's a beautiful car and Mike didn't even have to sell it! It sold itself - what Mike did extremely well was stepping back and not forcing anything. He answered any and all questions we had and when we had chosen our car he had us come back Monday morning to finalize the deal. During the price adjusting and loan process my husband and I were nervous - we had never bought a car before - but Mike went up to bat for us and got us a great rate and a great deal! The entire process took just under two hours from start to finish. I can't stress enough how calm and collected Mike was and because of his confidence Ben, my husband, and I felt more comfortable than we would have been with anyone else. Everyone working at Lee Nissan was friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. So. After the deal was struck and we drove away I thought we were done and was incredibly pleased. However that evening Mike showed up at my place of employment (Joe's Crab Shack) and he came to set up the bluetooth device - a process which took all of three minutes - but just the fact that he came out to help shows his dedication and the depth of his caring. I had to go back to the dealership to get the sealant put on both the exterior and the interior of the car and had limited time. They gave us a rental until everything was complete!! What a fantastic situation. That made it convenient for us = Both my husband and I have very limited time. I highly recommend not only Mike O'Brien but also Lee Nissan in general. If I could give more stars I would. It's been two weeks since I've purchased my car and I love it!! I felt blessed that Mike came into my restaurant from the start - a friend had his card for me (even though I didn't get to meet Mike that day). I will never regret using that business card. Good Luck in Texas Mike!! (That's the only negative thing about this whole deal = he's leaving and it's a total shame because I would push everyone I know looking for a car in his direction). More

Hands Down!!! Best dealership in the United States, by far. I have visited and dealt with car dealerships all across the United States. I have seen some dishonest dealers, those who are trying to just do the b I have visited and dealt with car dealerships all across the United States. I have seen some dishonest dealers, those who are trying to just do the bare minimum, one dealer that did try to put others first but could truly have done more, and finally a dealership that goes all out for the customer. Lee Nissan is HANDS DOWN the best dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of working with!!! With Lee Nissan they have realized that it is the little things that truly matter. I have not come across a dealer that will give you a full tank of gas when you leave the lot after the purchase in quite a long time. They were also easily willing to give us a loaner vehicle instead of just shuttling us somewhere, telling us to just sit and wait for hours, or telling us to bring the car back later to finish the detailing. These are just a couple of examples of the many little things they do to satisfy a customer and go the extra mile. We were able to get an amazing deal without being pressured into anything. Mark Anthony was truly great in assisting us with our sale. He did not try to pressure us into a vehicle that we did not want, pull the wool over our eyes, or hose us on a deal for our vehicle. Mark let us take our time and work through the process at our own pace. Our family now has a very dependable car that has everything we need and love in a car.
