Truck in a RUSH with a little gas... LOST TITLE. Sent to wrong address. Called several times and finally got it. Mike was helpful until we showed up to pick up the truck. Rushed out LOST TITLE. Sent to wrong address. Called several times and finally got it. Mike was helpful until we showed up to pick up the truck. Rushed out of the dealership and felt like we were in the way. Once the paperwork was signed we were rushed out the door. We asked for a full tank of gas and got 1/4 of a tank of gas! He assured us the tank was full. Since he rushed us off the lot, I saw the gas tank wasn't full and there was not "time" to fix it. Just one of the many "lies" we were told. The lost title was the most time consuming. Awful transaction and I hate to be lied to and pushed around. We were nice and we knew the lies were just adding up to more lies.... We have bought 20-30 cars, trucks, SUVs, and this was the worst transaction ever! Mike would not respond to text messages or phone calls since the deal was done! Look at the picture! It says it ALL. I didn't know he was taking the picture. Mike was in such a hurry to be done with us that we didn't get to take a nice picture with our new truck. A picture says a thousand words that I will not say. Just hope others will get better treatment than we did at the time of purchase. More
