There was absolutely NO pressure selling. He showed me the paper work and I said I'd think about it for a few minutes. He went back to his desk. After some serious consideration, I told him I would accept the offer. The entire process was very easy and Steve was very helpful. He even helped me transfer my belongings from the 2016 to the 2020!
