John was tremendously helpful and patient. In my job as a pastor I do a lot of references and very rarely give out perfect scores but this time was an exception. Here's why, I didn't have a lot of money but pastor I do a lot of references and very rarely give out perfect scores but this time was an exception. Here's why, I didn't have a lot of money but I wanted a Prius, my parents live in PA and my son goes to college there as well and I wanted to get better mileage for all the trips. Looked at a used Prius and couldn't afford it, so they worked with me through internet incentives and a very small trade-in and now I am in a three year lease at payments I CAN afford, I will be back in three years. Let me add that I was in a severe traffic accident in a Toyota Matrix three years back and the police told me that the Toyota design is what saved my life...my wife insists on Toyotas...Go Toyota. Tried going to a local Toyota dealer with whom we had purchased a vehicle before but the salesman didn't even give us a telephone call or an email back. A customer service rep emailed and called to tell purchased a vehicle before but the salesman didn't even give us a telephone call or an email back. A customer service rep emailed and called to tell us that they didn't have the car we were looking for but had some coming in a few weeks and maybe we'd like one of those. No follow up; no looking to other dealers for a car, etc. We were very disappointed. Then we telephoned Lee Auto Mall, 2 1/2 hours away, and the salesman, George Hopkins, couldn't have been more helpful. Told us he didn't think they had the exact car we wanted but would call around and find one for us. And he did. Further, we couldn't make it to the dealership so they drove the vehicle up to us! Trish Hunter was great in making all the arrangements and financing, etc. We will definitely go back to Lee Auto Mall in Brunswick, Maine. By far the most pleasurable car purchase to date. More
My wife and I initially visited Lee Toyota to purchase a Prius. Tricia Hunter was our salesperson and, from the beginning, was attentive and sensitive to our needs. She made us aware of the incentives for Prius. Tricia Hunter was our salesperson and, from the beginning, was attentive and sensitive to our needs. She made us aware of the incentives for buying or leasing 2009 Toyotas and, with Tom Santaspago's support, was extremely flexible re. the circumstances of our trading in a car the title of which would not be delivered until a week after the closing. We opted to lease a 2009 Prius for three years and, because of rebate, trade in and discount, to also purchase a 2009 Camry hybrid. Lee Toyota, for the three years we've lived in Maine, has given us exemplary service. This most recent experience in which we walked away with two new cars was every bit as enjoyable. More
Tricia has exceptional customer service skills, she was very friendly and professional. She was not pushy and really listened to want I wanted and needed in a car. She had me test drive a Yaris first whi very friendly and professional. She was not pushy and really listened to want I wanted and needed in a car. She had me test drive a Yaris first which was nice but alittle to small for my needs. She was able to meet all of my needs, safety, comfort, size and the monthly payments where within my budget. The more that I drive my new car the more I love it. A few days after buying my new car with Tricia my father went to Lee Toyota in Topsham to see Tricia and bought a Yaris. My children ages 14 and 11 enjoy riding in this car very much, my husband also wants to take my new car every where he goes. The person that helped me with the financing was also very pleasant and was patient explaining and answering things for me, i did not feel pressured in any way, the both of them came across as really wanting to help me and that they appreciated my business. Ken is one of the few car salesmen that I feel I can trust completely. During the entire process Ken was respectful and patient even though we changed our minds more than once. He bent over backwards trust completely. During the entire process Ken was respectful and patient even though we changed our minds more than once. He bent over backwards to answer our questions and make the deal work for us. We ended up leasing 2 cars and a colleague came and rented one too. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
This is probably the best Toyota dealerships to service my Toyotas. I've primarily had them service Toyotas for me since 1996 or possibly before. Currently I have three relatively new Toyotas including a my Toyotas. I've primarily had them service Toyotas for me since 1996 or possibly before. Currently I have three relatively new Toyotas including a new Venza. This dealership definitely responds to my service needs extremely well and in very timely fashion. And believe me, I've used several other dealers, but these folks are head and shoulders above the lion's share of dealers I've dealt with. Dan Daigle (management) has been great, and Adam Lee (the owner) is very friendly, intelligent, and responsive. And by the way, Lee Toyota is very pet-friendly. In fact the owner and I each have Chocolate Labs! So he must be all right! Seriously though, this dealership has always been absolutely great for servicing my Toyotas. I happen to be a retired aerospace engineer and am very critical of work done on my vehicles. I highly recommend Lee Toyota for servicing Toyotas. More
Adam Lee, the kind and smart owner of Lee Auto, made sure I got a great deal on my 1999 Nissan Maxima that was waiting for me on his on his Saco lot over a year ago, and which I ended up purchasing from the I got a great deal on my 1999 Nissan Maxima that was waiting for me on his on his Saco lot over a year ago, and which I ended up purchasing from the Lee Toyota shop in Topsham. As long as I live in Maine, I will only get my cars from a Lee Auto dealership. Art Fogg, my salesman, was excellent to work with and took very good care of me. Art is a true gentleman and made this purchase relaxing and fun, too. Lee Toyota and the Lee Auto family is an excellent place to buy a car. A year later, I am still very pleased to be a Lee Auto customer. And I love my car! More
I learned Toyota had a buy back program for Tacomas for perferated frames. I contacted Deb Berry at Lee's in Norway. I asked Deb if Lee Toyota could conduct a frame inspection in Norway and I was intereste perferated frames. I contacted Deb Berry at Lee's in Norway. I asked Deb if Lee Toyota could conduct a frame inspection in Norway and I was interested in purchasing another Tacoma. Deb was very accomodating and called Dan Daigle at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Dan was very prompt in calling me back and setting up an appointment in Norway. The inspection was done and my 96 Tacoma failed. Dan explained the program and Ken Kay called me that afternoon. Ken was very friendly and worked hard to get the financing I needed on the Tacoma I was interested in. Deb, Dan and Ken went the extra mile for me when other dealers closer basically told me "when you get the claim check from Toyota, then come talk to me." I decided to go with Lee Toyota in Topsham even though it is an hour(+) drive for me.My purchase experience at Lee was low pressure and very pleasant, quick and professional. I will recommend anyone from my area interested in purchasing a Toyota to take the extra time and drive the distance to Lee Toyota in Thopsham. Thanks so much, Deb, Dan and Ken Ron Cole More
Just purchased 2009 Sienna Van from Lee Toyota. This is the second Sienna we've owned - we traded in our 2004 van with the purchase of the new van. Our 2004 van was purchased at another Maine dealership b the second Sienna we've owned - we traded in our 2004 van with the purchase of the new van. Our 2004 van was purchased at another Maine dealership but we had our service done at Lee's. When we made the decision to trade and purchase a new van we did our research on line. We wanted an XLE with specific options and found very few available in the state. We visited and talked with several dealers - some more helpful and cooperative then others. In the end we were referred to Ken Kay who assisted us in locating a van out of state. He was professional, friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We would purchase another vehicle from him tomorrow if we needed one and will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Dan Daigle and Paul Flood in the Service Department have been outstanding to deal with and I am happy to have a new van to bring in for their attention. It has been my pleasure to deal with each of these individuals at Lee Toyota. Thank you. More

We owned a 2000 Ford Ranger with 100K miles and some problems into the bargain. A my wife's suggestion, we dropped by Lee's to look about. We 'fell in love' with a 2006 Scion X B-sure, it looks like a Toaster on Wheels, but I can get in and out of the thing easily(and I Am Not in the Age demographic for the vehicle, by more than 1/2!)You can see out all the windows-it is rather like an enclosed motorcycle! So we worked a deal, and even got some Kopecks for the old Ford truck-which was a happy gift. The banker went to work and found a credit source(in a slice of bank perversity-since we did not have a recent auto loan, and were not in debt from Hell to Breakfast-we were a bad risque-even with a retirement income for each of us.) The salesman John, did a good job with the entire sale-and he was always hopping from one job to another. After a long afternoon, we at last had the paper plates on the Toaster, and took 'him' home with us. I had occasion to load him with hay bales and forage for our horse, and 'he' did a trucks worth of work, and was comfortable into the bargain. We also took it to Mass for a social visit, and I was pleased with the highway abilities of the Scion. So Reader, if you are seeking a Dealer to buy from, peg over to these folks. As of this date, time and place, we have no disagreement with Lee, and would recommend him quite heartly to all. As they used to say"Happy Motoring" More
