My friend and I purchased our Toyota Tacoma pick-up trucks the end of december at Lee Toyota of Topsham. We dealt with Joe Day. He represented the dealership with profesionalism, knowlege, and sincerity. Thus the truck purchasing experience was actual a pleasurable one (a first for me personally). The only aspect of the truck purchases that wasn't positive was the fact that the dealership didn't fill the gas tanks. We spent over $45,000 yet the dealership refused to fill the gas tanks @ $1.65 a gallon. This made the dealership appear "cheap", not the right place to try and pinch a penny. Other than this it was a very positive experience. More

I Have been doing business with Lee Toyota for 18 years and I am very satisfied with their Service Department as well as with their Sales Department. I have rarely had such an overwhelmingly positive experience in any commercial setting, but this experience, from the courteous and helpful way I was welcomed, to the dealer providing a truck for me to use, to their facilitating the buyback from Toyota, was uniformly outstanding. When I am next in the market for a truck or car (and my wife and I are faithful Toyota customers), I will without doubt return to Lee. More

Joe Day had MY best interests at heart when I was looking for a vehicle and the service guys ar ANY AUOT dealer I've ever dealt with in my 61 years. Joe Day had MY best interests at heart when I was looking for a vehicle and the service guys are HONEST! Hard to believe in these days. They've explained ways for me to save money, nt try to fleece me or have my get things done that aren't necessary. I live 60 miles away from LEE. That's got to tellyou something! More
I needed a new car and had bought my first car from Lee Toyota years ago. I loved my old car so much that Lee was the first place I went to look. The moment I got there a friendly man came foreword, Ken, and asked if I needed any help. Through the car buying process I did not feel in any way pressured or pushed to buy a car. Ken was personable and honest. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, joking with me and with each other so that it felt like I was truely welcome and working with people who enjoyed their job. I will in future buy my other cars from Lee and ask specifically for Ken. I will (and already have been) recommending him and Lee Toyota to my family. It wasa great, pressure free expierence. Thanks! This was by far the best experience when aquiring a new vehicle I have ever had. They were very helpful and the finance person explained every number on the lease contract and exactly how they came up wit vehicle I have ever had.
