We purchased a Toyota Tacoma on 10/24/08 to replace a 1997 Ford Ranger that would no longer pass inspection due to rust in the under carriage. Our first visit was a "browse" of the lot on a Sunday (dealer not open). I went back on Tuesday, October 21 to talk to a salesperson -- drove up, was greeted at the door by Art Fogg, who communicated in every way that he was there to answer my questions. He gave me a thorough inspection of a Tacoma on the lot; we discussed price; and he was very straightforward in what he could do (we had no trade-in). I made arrangements to return on Friday 10/25 with my husband. I learned that this was Art's day off, but he gave me his cell phone # and asked me to call him so that he could come over when we got there. He was very pleasant to deal with; very knowledgeable about the Tacoma; clearly a true "believer" in Toyota -- both the products and the corporate ethic; and completely willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. After we completed the paperwork, he went over the truck one more time to make sure that we were comfortable with driving it off. We would recommend him to anyone! More
