Buying a new Tundra My wife and I were shopping for a new truck and after test driving other brands we decided to test drive a Toyota Tundra. Jason, our salesman, greeted us as we arrived and within minutes after introductions, I knew that I would be buying a truck from him that night. His attention to every detail that my wife presented was great. For me: 4x4, A/C, spray-in bed liner, comfort, and I'm good. But my wife on the other hand, pointed out that we needed more options, specific options, and Jason was on top of it. His professionalism was great and there was never a moment of pressure salesmanship. I was relaxed, my wife was relaxed (sort of, it is after-all a big purchase!), and the deal along with the additions to the truck was very fair. The Finance Department made the whole transaction easy and their professionalism was great! I don't like car shopping, but I did my due diligence by test driving other brand trucks before buying a Toyota. All of the trucks I test drove were nice, but Jason's calm demeanor along with the Tundra practically selling itself, made my decision to buy a Tundra much easier. There are other Toyota dealerships within driving distance and I'm sure they are great; however, I specifically chose Lee Toyota for my first Toyota purchase based off of an encounter with their Service Department 3 years ago. It was the Friday before Christmas (2017) and I was borrowing my mother-in-laws Camry as I was stationed in San Diego at the time and my wife and I were in town to visit our kids. It was snowing, the driver's side blinker wasn't working, and I almost got hit at an intersection while making a LH turn. I went to the part's store to get a new bulb and it was a dealer only item, plus I couldn't find it under the hood. So I pulled into Lee Toyota's Service Department and asked where is this light bulb. The Service Advisor(s) couldn't find it and a young technician couldn't find it. A more senior technician was walking through the bay and laughed while he told us that you have to take the tire off to get to the bulb. It was late in the afternoon and the Service Department was getting ready to close. The advisor didn't hesitate and told me that he will get it on the lift and get the bulb changed out for me. I told him "Let's do it" and they made it happen. You can't beat that type of service and I didn't forget that when I chose Lee Toyota. More

We were fortunate to be greeted by Trisha Hunter, who did a superb job of presenting the Toyota hybrids. I was certain that the all-wheel Prius would be our perfect solution, but it did not fit my petite wife. Tricia introduced us to the RAV4 and Camry Hybrid's pointing out their features in the lot and then during extensive test drives. To my surprise, the Camry won out, due to it's being so quiet on the road. Our negotiations including the trade in of a Tacoma, were intense. Trisha did not play sales games, but listened to our logic and flexed enough to give us the price points that we were looking for. Since then she has been attentive and helpful. This has been a great sales experience for us. Oh, and after two fill ups the Camry has gotten 50.3 and 51.2 mpg. How refreshing compared with our 20 mpg Tacoma. More
