My wife had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and waited two hours, only to find out that her vehicle had not even entered a service bay. When the service manager called, his explanation was that they operate more like an Emergency Room than a Doctor’s Office. If that is how they operate, then what is the purpose of making an appointment? An appointment should mean that your vehicle is being scheduled for service within a reasonable timeframe. We understand that unexpected issues can happen, but waiting two hours without the vehicle even being started is unacceptable. If you need a simple oil change, I would recommend taking your vehicle down the road to Telle Tire & Auto instead. They have always honored their appointments, and I have never waited longer than an hour for a basic oil change there. Very disappointing experience and a poor way to treat customers who took the time to schedule an appointment. More
