I must commend Mr. Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man for the job. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Mr. Mitch when he was a service writer and now that he’s the service manager I feel more comfortable than ever having Legacy service my vehicles. With him as manager I’m absolutely confident my service will be done right and ready as promised. When I do come to the dealership I make a point to tell him hello and he always greets my by my first name with a smile and handshake. It’s great to be part of the Legacy family. We purchased this truck on Saturday July 22 and my son bought it back for inspection on july 24 and also to get the spare key he was told that they would look for it and let him know .The spare tir bought it back for inspection on july 24 and also to get the spare key he was told that they would look for it and let him know .The spare tire lock and sleeve were missing also no one has called yet. The A/C was not blowing cold all of the time on the test drive and was told to the salesman. .When my son left the dealership on july 24 he was pulled over by a state trooper and was issued a ticket for the temporary license plate not filled out correctly. The truck is currently at Matt Bowers getting the A/C checked can't wait to see what else they find More
