I went in to check out an F 150 I seen on TrueCar. I meet with Shelbi Landers and looked the truck over. It looked great. My wife test drove it with Shelbi and said this is the one she wanted. I informed Shelbi that I was waiting on my insurance pay out for my totaled-out truck and needed a little time for the financing money to come thru. She said we could put a deposit to hold it. We did and she was able to get the truck financed without the big down payment I wanted to make. That was a game changer for us. We were in big need to replace our other truck fast and Shelbi did everything to get it done. Thank you so much for the helping hand we needed quickly. I traded my truck in for a new one on 3/13/24. As of 4/7/24 they havent paid it off and now Ford has sent me to collections. They have the money from the new purchase for at least 15 days. I wish I read these reviews before taking my vehicle to get a simple signal light changed. This was my worst Ford Dealership experience ever, and I only went in for a light bulb change. The service departm get a simple signal light changed. This was my worst Ford Dealership experience ever, and I only went in for a light bulb change. The service department is unprofessional, deceptive & greedy. The service department broke my rear light casing on my 2007 on Lincoln Navigator while changing my rear signal lights on 6/21/2023, then they had the audacity to put clear tape on it to hold it in place. The female Service agent says it was rusted the reason for it breaking and proceeds to provide me with a price of $300 per light if I want to get it repaired. Totally unacceptable, I brought my vehicle in without any damages to the area of service and had to depart with tape on my vehicle. When I asked for the GM she said he is out of the country, I asked who was in charge and empowered to make decisions to assist the CUSTOMER, she said Justin, but he is out until Tuesday. I will be calling Justin on Tuesday to see how they're going to rectify this situation because the damages to my vehicle falls in them. They should have never proceeded with service if they couldn't remove the light casing to change the bulb, they made this decision on their own to do so. More

Had my second oil change done. Checked my oil, it did NOT even register on the dipstick! Oil leaked on my garage floor. Oil filter had the old gasket and the new one. Dealer acted like they were unconcerned. "Gotcha" was the only response. Had to do my own oil change Sunday to be able to drive my new car. Never offered to compensate me for my extra oil change. Terrible service! More
