basically drove an hour on my only off day, to have mediocre lunch at this dealership. Countless times and to multiple individuals that I came in contact with I informed that this is my only day off, I mediocre lunch at this dealership. Countless times and to multiple individuals that I came in contact with I informed that this is my only day off, I would like to start the process and at least know if there is an approval on the table before making such a journey. I was passed from sales person to internet manager, and was guaranteed approval. Discussed down payment, and given a rate though not exact an estimate of my note. I was assured and reassured that I was simply coming in to test drive and then speak with finance to finalize numbers. That couldn’t have been more inaccurate. My appointment was set for 1:30pm, at 1:33 I was looking for parking but being called to confirm if I was still coming in. But it was not disclosed that the vehicle that I was coming in for. Was sold that morning. I was told because I was on such a crunch for time to send all paperwork over, which I did beforehand. Inaccuracy. I was informed the cars that potentially I was interested would be pulled around. Inaccuracy. Optimistic, I thought that things happen it could have just been a busy morning. The lobby was ghetto, the receptionist was cursing on her personal phone. Other customers cursing at salespeople for being rude . Meanwhile there’s a kitchen in the middle of the showroom floor . After the test drive of a vehicle that I ended up liking, that was in the same range of the vehicle, and had recently been reduced , I sat and waited. I have about a 2 hour window and ran through that rather quickly before having to let them know I’d have to come back . About 15 mins into my drive back into town, I get a text message telling me that I was approved for a vehicle I never saw, showed interest in, or was even made aware. So how did they approve me for that? The entire time I was looking at at midsized SUVS. The car that they came back with an approval for was a 2door Dodge challenger. My next options were a Nissan Kicks and Chevrolet Trax. The car originally that I stopped in for was a Ford Mustang Mach E, then a Mercedes GL. Understandably sometimes people have different credit restrictions or capabilities. But if I’ve given you authorization to run my credit before I get there to avoid then why not take if to avoid upsetting a customer. But the thought of getting a customer in, and then bullying them into a vehicle with the promise of upgrading in a few months when realistically that’s never done. Its dishonest and frustrating because they harass you to get in when in that time they could have been verifying if the promises made were even doable or if the car was even available Then on top of that I was asked to come up with 2.5 times more of a down payment than I originally came into the dealership to spend. I informed them if they could work with me and defer the down payment 2 weeks then sure. They immediately came back with no. And asked for a cosignor , while blaming everything on the banks. I’ve not been in contact with the banks, I’ve been speaking with your personnel as the liaison. The POC and liaison was in charge of providing true and accurate information and they were unsuccessful in doing so resulting in an awful experience and someone who will always tell others of this story so that others won’t have their time wasted. In this age and the economy that we’re currently in, consumers should be given more respect for their time, especially when it’s disclosed on multiple occasions where they stand. All of these questions were asked and would have saved me time and copious amounts of frustration . The internet Director , Edwin (sales rep) were amazing at following up and confirming that my time would be wasted. They completely dropped the ball when it came to setting realistic expectations, underpromising and overdelivering, proactively listening to customer concerns, and accountability. Don’t waste your time, unless you just want to go have a torta in an uncomfortable environment More
I had been going back and forth with their sales dept for 3 weeks. Came to an agreed upon price. Went in to purchase, signed the invoice with the agreed upon price then the manager came out to tell us that 3 weeks. Came to an agreed upon price. Went in to purchase, signed the invoice with the agreed upon price then the manager came out to tell us that the price was no longer valid and that it would increase by $500 due to "changes in inventory". When we questioned him about these changes that apparently occurred within 24 hrs, he could not give us an acceptable answer. They are greedy and untrustworthy and we will never deal with them again. The 2 salespersons that we dealt with were Erik and Rebecca and they were very nice however their managers screwed them over in the process also. If I could give them a 0 star, I would!! More

Bought a new 2025 vehicle that was a demo with 3800 miles on it. There was supposed to be a dealer discount on the vehicle and I was told that I would get the dealer add one’s like paint protection, tint, et on it. There was supposed to be a dealer discount on the vehicle and I was told that I would get the dealer add one’s like paint protection, tint, etc for no charge since I had came to the dealer three times trying to make a deal. The starting line on the vehicle on the finance contract is above the vehicle MSRP. When I called and questioned this they said it was because ford gave me a special rate on financing which is bull there website says nothing about any exceptions for the discount and it’s a dealer discount not a ford discount. The dealer is trying to hide there add one’s cost that they said I wasn’t going to get charged for almost $5k worth. I have called and talked to several people at the dealership with no success including ford finance who said the deal isn’t even funded yet. This could easily be resolved but I keep getting the run around. Watch your paperwork very closely if you buy a vehicle here. More
I brought my car in for service at Legacy. I had a recall notice, and the computer kept restarting and needed to be replaced. During the time they had my vehicle, there was absolutely ZERO com I had a recall notice, and the computer kept restarting and needed to be replaced. During the time they had my vehicle, there was absolutely ZERO communication about my vehicle unless I was calling to track down the agent to ask the status of my vehicle repairs. I was passed off to other agents almost every time I called or came by. They were kind, professional and helpful. My agent was kind and courteous when we interacted but not proactive in any way. If I had not called, my car could have stayed there for a month, and no one would have cared. I was paying for the rental out of pocket for the second week, so it could have been very expensive had I not called them to check on the status. My agent just needs a little coaching when it comes to communication, otherwise, service experience was average. The building was clean and bright. The Enterprise rental office was located inside the dealership, however there was never anyone from Enterprise staff on site when I was there. I had to wait for an hour or more for someone to drive over from another location in Rosenberg and shuttle me over to rent a car. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. It took approximately two weeks for my vehicle to be repaired. The first week it sat waiting in line for repair behind the sale cars taking priority. They started on it the second week it was there. So far, my car has been running since I picked it up, so I have faith that they repaired it correctly. I brought my vehicle in for service hoping to get help from the fleet manager to get appraisals on several of my fleet vehicles. I have 23 vehicles. We need to rotate six of them out of our fleet so we can purchase some new fleet vans. The fleet manager promised he would have the appraisals for me on several occasions. I called weekly for three months to get the appraisals, and he kept promising to get them done for me. I also spoke with another person who represented herself as a fleet manager and also said she would help with the appraisals. When I came in for service, I dropped in to check on the appraisals in person, he told me it wasn't worth his time to do the appraisals, because he nor the appraiser got any value from it, then I offered to pay a fee for the appraisals. At that point, he promised to get them done for me the next day. Of course, another lie, still not done, excuses, excuses. You would think that getting the service business for 17 vehicles would be of some value to the company, but I suppose he would not benefit directly from that. It has been over three months and the insurance for our extra six vehicles each month is more than the value of the vehicles. We cannot sell them until we get the appraisals. Our business is growing, and our fleet vehicles need to be replaced but we cannot do it without getting the existing vehicles off our books. I have been very patient with Legacy through the manager's excuses and personal problems and now have no desire to do business with Legacy Ford at this point. The manager cannot be trusted to follow through with his promises. I will be finding another dealership to service our business. I am truly disappointed in Legacy Ford, partly because of the lack of communication, which can easily be fixed, but mostly because of the dishonest fleet manager, who promised to help me for three months then told me that my business is not worth his time. He made the repairs, and a couple of days later, an engine warning light came on. The technician gave me his business card with a direct line, and I called him to tell him about the new problem. He said he would be back home in about an hour. After spending about an hour working on the issue, he fixed it! Great job Mobile service I highly recommend them. More
