I have had really good experiences with Legacy GMC, as I have bought/traded several vehicles there over the last few years. On this visit, I was a little disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the sales s have bought/traded several vehicles there over the last few years. On this visit, I was a little disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the sales staff about the vehicle I was interested in. They had very little knowledge of the differences in packages or weight capabilities of the trucks. Although the actual sales experience was good, I would encourage more education of your sales staff. If I didn’t arrive knowing what I wanted, I don’t know if I would have purchased a truck at this dealership More
