My mother got done so bad here and they KNOW it! Jake and Kevin were absolutely awful!!! Thankfully she’s traded elsewhere and is VERY happy with the service and the trade!! Stay far away! If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I called and spoke to them about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained our ENTIRE situation (ne If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I called and spoke to them about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained our ENTIRE situation (negative equity on a trade, what we wanted to keep our payments, & even let them go ahead and run our credit score before we made the trip over. I called 3 separate times to verify EVERYTHING we were asking could be done. We make the 2.5 hour trip just to be told by them that our payments would be $300 more a month then what they had told me on 3 separate occasions they could get it at. I wouldn’t advise anyone to even waste your time going here. They will tell you whatever they want to get you in the dealership, even if you are making a 2.5 hour drive to get there. I guess they thought we would just accept the payment & go on...jokes on them though, we immediately walked out when they told us what we wanted wasn’t doable. More

Unprofessional We purchased our 2017 Nissan Payhfinder two years ago from a different dealership. Along with our vehicle, we purchased the Fidelity Warranty Insuranc We purchased our 2017 Nissan Payhfinder two years ago from a different dealership. Along with our vehicle, we purchased the Fidelity Warranty Insurance program which allows us to take our vehicle to any Nissan dealership and get our oil change and maintenance service at no cost because it's covered under the program. We have successfully used this program at four other Nissan dealerships in multiple states. When attempting to get our oil change at THIS dealership (Legacy Nissan), however, we were haggled and told that the oil change would NOT be covered 100%. We called our original dealer and had the program explained in further detail only to find out that what this experience means is that Legacy Nissan behaves in an unprofessional manner. Legacy refused to operate in the way that other Nissan dealerships operate. We refused to pay the money they were trying to get from us. Do not patron this dealership. They cannot be trusted. More
