I purchased a new 2025 Yukon Denali fully loaded with the premium plus package vehicle due to availability. Purchase was on a Saturday The Vehicle was obviously not checked before delivery, since the HUD premium plus package vehicle due to availability. Purchase was on a Saturday The Vehicle was obviously not checked before delivery, since the HUD and the blind side collision were not operable. I was forced to wait until the following Monday to bring the vehicle back in at noon time to look at the car. The Service dept told me- they checked the Denali in and everything was “fine”. After the car was checked out and information sent to GMC support I was told that the Ethernet cable from the factory is defective or connected So obviously the car was not checked out. I was not contacted by the salesman, sales manager or the service manger until I called them and complained At this point - I have no time frame for repair. No service claim is number - My Salesman never called to follow up. He stated “ trust me we will make this right” I Do Not recommend this dealership with this type of service More
