Lack of communication, making appointment almost a month in advance meant nothing, calls not returned from service advisor (at least in two occasions for same service time), after oil change, system was not in advance meant nothing, calls not returned from service advisor (at least in two occasions for same service time), after oil change, system was not even set up back to 100% oil life (almost b doubting if oil was even changed); secondary purpose for visit wasn’t even addressed as I thought it would. Terrible experience. Will I come back to this dealership for service? Not if I can help it. More
