Cody wouldn’t answer any calls after sell, made me feel really used and unappreciated. 2.5 hours late to meeting after switching people last minute. Was only given a 3 day tag on the vehicle and was never communicated with regarding the 60 day tag until I called. Was not given copies of any of my finance documents until I called and requested. A lot of this I feel is normal practice and I shouldn’t have had to initiate as a customer. More
