Would be nice if GMC would send out discounted coupons for maintenance…For Ex: oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The ONLY coupons I receive are for electrical & accessories. The entire process was very easy. The hardest part was paying the bill at the end. One problem I did want to note though. I,?for the life I’m can not understand WHY the technic The hardest part was paying the bill at the end. One problem I did want to note though. I,?for the life I’m can not understand WHY the technician has to turn ON the A/C and radio to drive the vehicle back to the delivery area. When I received my truck back this last time I found oil/grease on the door handle, which has happened every time so for. Then I get in and start the engine. The air hit me in the face and music played. I’m positive that I turned all of those plus other things off prior to turning my truck in to the service rep. I know I’m sure because I ALWAYS turn EVERYTHING OFF prior to turning off the engine. Just asking that they CLEAN there hands etc. prior to entering a customers vehicle and leave the A/C, Radio, other items alone!! Thanks for reading. More
