Poor service, could not finish what the vehicle was brought in for. Gave multiple excuses on why. First the overcast sky, then car did not have a GM windshield, then said the cameras module was damaged brought in for. Gave multiple excuses on why. I first start off by saying Rebecca is awesome. She is very patient, professional and handles the stress of this job very well. However, the dealership really needs help in the service area. There is only so much she can do with the tools she has. I applaud her efforts but was really troubled by the lack of information. I had to solicit the information, follow up with warranty companies on behalf of Legacy and that is unacceptable. I had to phone the General Manager twice for basic information. Of the 2 times, I spoke with him once and the second time never received the return call. Unacceptable. I have completely lost faith in the GM product and will not be purchasing a GM ever again. While this has nothing to do with the dealership, it's important that this feedback is shared. My last issue is the fact that on two of the occasions that I visited days apart, the AC did not work in the service area. Again, unacceptable for a dealership in the summer of New Orleans. More
