I bought my car in because the tire monitor light was on, still on $3,400 later, I order a part for my console. Have been waiting on it for 3 months the first one came in was melted sent off for another one still on $3,400 later, I order a part for my console. The dealership can use some work but the issue is the 2022 Denali HD truck electronics. It’s garbage! I’ve been with Toyota for 20 years and the first GMC I’ve ever owned is just bad. I think the Service Department does a good job. Their prices are high but I feel a little comfort knowing that their mechanics are trained to work on GMC vehicles and they use OEM parts. My main complaint is their service department is overworked. It took me nearly two weeks to get my power steering unit repaired after it went out on me and it was a recall item that was covered 100%. Add tires and brakes and my car was in the shop 11 days. But there are not a lot of choices so I just have to deal with it. I think the previous GMC was a step above this one but that was pre-pandemic. More
