15 words is not even close to what I could say about this dealership! To start with Vincent Clark is a treasure for the gm company. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I was taken aback. In a 10 min conversation he had given me the phone number for a free tow from gmc, had my part looked up and put in his hand and had me put in the computer so that when I got there I would be ready to go. The other dealership I was dealing with in 3 different calls couldn't even help me. I have broken up with that dealership because how amazing Vincent was. Then when I got to the dealership I met Vincent and also met Patrick who is the service manager. Patrick was very personable and a joy to talk to. I can see the commrodary between the 3 service attendants that greeted me when I walked in. They operate like a family. I believe that this is centered around Patrick's leadership. Gm should be proud to have a service department like this in there company!!!! More

Dropped my truck off on a Friday for an oil change, check my radio, and tailgate. The service advisor who checked me in left earlier without reaching out to me. Didn’t get a phone call went there around 12:30 Saturday and nothing was done. Was told to wait 15 minutes so they can do my oil change at least. Had to go 3 weeks with my radio not working. Outside of mechanical issues I will not return. More
