When does someone ever want to write a review about buying a new car?. But it was that good ! Chris was very professional, but also really patient kind and well versed. . I am not giving a one star review ONLY because of Brianna and EJ, who both deserve 5 stars. I want to discuss Allison, the finance manager. I spoke with both Brianna and EJ regarding purchasing a new Honda and EJ, who both deserve 5 stars. I want to discuss Allison, the finance manager. I spoke with both Brianna and EJ regarding purchasing a new Honda Ridgeline. I had done a lot of research on pricing and trade-ins for this area. I came in to Legends Honda on 6/24 ready to purchase the Ridgeline. I met with Allison who promptly told me they couldn't give me close to the asking price for my trade and I was lucky I wasn't getting charged over the sticker price. I have purchased cars from this dealership since 2011 before they became Legends Toyota and Legends Honda. I believe there should be some loyalty from this dealership to actually negotiate with me rather than be totally rude and shove me out the door like I'm not a serious buyer. Between my husband, son and his wife we have purchased 5 vehicles there since 2011. This would be #6. Maybe that doesn't seem like much to them, but we have been loyal to Legends because they have typically treated us very well. Allison spoiled that for our family as we currently plan to not give them our business in the future. This is sad because we live less than a mile away! Allison called me on Monday morning stating she would meet the extra $2K off the sticker price because it was the end of the month. I asked if she was willing to go up any on my vehicle trade-in and she stated no, but let her talk to her GM and she would call me back. To date, I have never received a call back from her. I believe because she didn't want her GM to realize how upset and disappointed I was with Legends Honda. I felt insulted by Allison, felt she was rude and unhelpful. Maybe she was having a bad day (or days) but this was not the way I wanted to be treated. I went to Tiffany Springs Honda on 6/26 and was treated exceptionally well and received a much more reasonable offer on my vehicle and my requested adjustment to the sticker price. I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from them that night. Again, Brianna and EJ should have a 5 star shout out, but Allison deserves a one star for her treatment of a multi repeat customer. Very disappointing service from a dealership I previously worked so well with. More
