He worked with my family and I for 4+ hours that afternoon, and that night I left the lot with a 2015 Honda Civic! Phenomenal Service I am a single lady with absolutely no clue with regard to purchasing a vehicle. I was placed with a specialist by the name of Don Franklin Sr. And, I am a single lady with absolutely no clue with regard to purchasing a vehicle. I was placed with a specialist by the name of Don Franklin Sr. And, he was special. I just started a new career as a social worker in dire need of a good vehicle. My credit was not that great. Don, along with the finance manager took care of me and did everything in their power to find me a car that I could afford. Honestly, I really did not have much hope due to my credit. I walked out with a brand new Honda Civic LX. I was there for six hours or more. Don was with me all the way. I believe that people are meant to be in your lives for some reason or another. Even though this was a car, I was placed in the right dealership, with the right specialist and finance manager. I will recommend Legends and especially Don to anyone and everyone. There is a reason why they are number one rated in the KC area. There was absolutely no "gotchas." Except honesty, integrity, and sincere help. Honestly, they saved my job.
