I was initially excited to work with Miranda at Legends Honda after she assured me she’d try to secure a better deal than a competing dealership. However, rather than negotiating or presenting a compelling offer, Miranda contacted the GM of the other dealership to align pricing, effectively undermining the deal we had discussed. While she framed this as ensuring “being on the same page as our sister store,” it felt like a breach of trust and an attempt to kill the deal rather than compete for our business. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and questioning the dealership’s approach to customer service. More
