Wait time is horrible, the guy that was helping us couldn’t answer simple questions, and had a bit of an attitude when I asked for a specific bank and a specific coverage, went back for service wait t couldn’t answer simple questions, and had a bit of an attitude when I asked for a specific bank and a specific coverage, went back for service wait time was horrible took an hour to get a loaner car, I was giving an appointment and was told the guy that does the loaners wasn’t in till later in the afternoon then why was I given an appointment for the morning who knows, lack of communication between employees and employees to customer.
