Horrible Experience - Liars and Slimeballs What a terrible dealership! My wife and I are in the market for a Telluride. They are hard to find, and some dealerships are doing a "market adjustmen What a terrible dealership! My wife and I are in the market for a Telluride. They are hard to find, and some dealerships are doing a "market adjustment" and selling the vehicles for higher than sticker price. That's OK (I guess), I understand that. But over the phone, this dealership told us "they are not doing market adjustments" and "would not sell a vehicle over MSRP". We drive an hour plus to get out there and review paperwork, and what do they do? Slap a 2,700 market adjustment on top of the sticker price. And their excuse? They say other dealers will tell you they don't do market adjustments on the phone, and then do them anyway. This experience has turned me off from that dealership, and possible Kia, forever. More
