I took in my Kia Soul for scheduled service recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and at no point was I upsold on services I didn't need. Alexis, who was my Customer service Rep was AWESOME!! She was almost literally "bubbly." She was friendly, enthusiastic about her job and happily engaged me in outside conversation without showing the "c She was almost literally "bubbly." My car was completed quickly and recommendations of things that should be done to preserve the car's good working condition, were made. I made an appointment to address one of the items I know was never done. The service manager quickly processed a promotional incentive I presented when I came in which will allow me to use it immediately. I will definitely be back and will absolutely consider them for another car when the time comes around. More

Would not give listed price of car when I was asking what it was listed for. Never elaborated on the interest rate which is fine as I know how to read. It’s no wonder car salesman have bad reps. He kept trying to elaborate as if he helps people but even when I first got there it was even kind of a struggle to get him out on the lot to even look at cars. More
