My previous experience before I visted Kia with my first car was awful, I was handed keys and basically told “here you go” on a car I absolutely hated. I wanted to get rid of it but I still owed on my loan. I walked in and told Cody what I wanted and he made it happen and even more! He truly listened to everything I wanted and gave me more! I traded in a 120k miles Ford Fusion and left with a 2019 Kia Forte the only miles are the ones I test drove on it! I was so scared of getting another used car that wasn’t safe but Cody wasn’t going to let that happen, he went back and forth for hours and gave every trick in the book to get to a price we wanted!
