The team at Lehighton Kia went above and beyond I have never in my life been treated to such outstanding service. Especially from a car dealership. The team at Lehighton Kia went above and beyond anything I ever expected. 3 staff members stayed past their shifts and after closing to make sure they could make a deal work within our means. We had 3 small children with us and they were extremely sensitive to that . The sales manager even ran to A local fast food restaurant and bought my kids dinner. I have never seen anyone in a business work so hard to provide outstanding service. Their work and dedication along with the quality product made us life long customers. Our budget was tight and the Lehighton Kia team worked tirelessly to help us get the car we needed in the budget that we had to work with. We were very impressed by the small town family feel of the dealership, while still getting the great quality you would expect with a maker like Kia. I would highly recommend this dealership. They care about their customers and they genuinely want you to enjoy the car you are driving home. I did end up going home with a car that we love and has everything we need and more, AND the Lehighton Kia team helped us fit it into our budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership and we felt Ramon was a great Kia representative to work with. He certainly made the experience of getting a new vehicle much more enjoyable. More
