As long as you make $350 a month you qualify, it doesn't matter if you have bankruptcy, late payments, collections, repossessions, the have credit amnesty! Well folks it's all just to get you in the door, spent three hours of my life there that I'll never get back just to find out that I make 8 times more than $350 a month and guess what, I didn't qualify! Very deceptive business practices, I would beware shopping or financing here. The salesman was very nice and polite, but unhappy that even with that I had to wait 2 hours before even being helped because he was dealing with another customer. At that point I should have been handed off to someone else if he was tired up with another customer! He kept coming out every 15 minutes, saying I'll be with you shortly, I'll be with you shortly. After almost 2 hours I was ready to leave. Then I was finally helped only to get denied in less than 15 minutes. If it was that fast why wasn't I filling out paperwork while I was waiting More

The personnel were great in the old building but this new building gives the experience a touch of class without sacraficing the personal touch. Always being greeted by Dave and Alexis with smiles is something that has always been there, old & new building alike. Two, very nice, professional people. The complete experience from start to finish when coming in for service is like a dealership experience I have never had: I actually pull into the service department, I'm greeted there ad my info and key is taken, then I am shown to the waiting room where I can relax with a cup of coffee, water, soda or tea, when my vehicle is reay Alexis or Dave will come and get me to pay the bill and pickup my KIA, which is then the delivered inside, ready to go. I don't ever have to go out in the weather to deliver or pickup my vehicle...GREAT!!! THANK YOU LEHIGHTON KIA!!! More

Very professional. I got a used Sorento there but the staff treated me as if I got a new one. You pull the car indoors when you get there and they bring it inside when I got a used Sorento there but the staff treated me as if I got a new one. You pull the car indoors when you get there and they bring it inside when your ready to go, no walking around in the rain looking for you car. I went for an oil change and they checked the whole car out. Before doing anything Alexis came with exact prices and got my approval first. I think she is really great with the customers. They also gave it a complimentary wash. I really like it there. More
