Had a radio problem on our way to FL. Called Kia Connect no help. Called dealership and receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Asked for GM, after ten minute wait Ramon answered. Ask him if he was aware of any issues with Sorento radios. He was not but said he would call service manager and call us back. That was about 3:30 on 12/30. Today, 1/2/2024 still waiting for a call.. Perhaps they could call Chan at Kia of Cape Coral for customer service training. More

If you are looking to buy a Kia- run as fast as you can away from Lehighton Kia!!!! They will look you in the face and lie to you- they promised me they are able to switch out my car- just waiting on a dea away from Lehighton Kia!!!! They will look you in the face and lie to you- they promised me they are able to switch out my car- just waiting on a death certificate- give them that- then it was we are waiting on the state...blah blah- 2 months later I still have a dealer tag- no paperwrk- just lie after lie- then a message from the guy if u wana call that snake Jeremy that saying he resigned from there- but everyone knows the deal only to get a call from higher up- noone knows and they want their dealer plate back-all this was after being bullied into this car I have told them both I dont really want and told its the only one I am qualified for-told him I did not want it and he (Mike) had said too late paperwork is already in- PLEASE run away from these snakes!!!! More
