Brought my for service and oil change because I’m driving from PA to Florida. I was informed my spark plugs were ashy and need replacement and my front brakes needed to be recut and new pads. I went to my auto shop close to my home whom I’ve dealt with for years. He told me my brakes measures over five and my pads were fine. I called Fred Beans Kia who had replaced my faulty engine in July of last year. They informed they replaced the spark plugs with the engine and were good for 30k. So your company lied about the prognosis to up sell deceitfully. When I called and told them the facts they were flippant. Most unsatisfactory, a very sleazy standard of operation for a large company. More
