My car apparently needed a new catalytic converter, service staff did not wait to hear back from warranty company before trying to get me to sign papers for them to put on a new one. When I let them kn service staff did not wait to hear back from warranty company before trying to get me to sign papers for them to put on a new one. When I let them know I would not be doing that there/paying that ridiculous fee I will have my family and friend mechanics help me out, magically the warranty company calls them. For some reason I still needed to pay 50 dollars though. Next service staff (salesman came right from service area to talk to me... they sent him) told a salesman exactly what was wrong with my car and kept him updated throughout my time as he made me more aware of what was going on with my car than the service staff did. I think the more awkward part of that is they told him which person I was and everything, can we say CREEPY! The salesman was SUPER pushy about me going to look at cars even though I kept telling him I did not want to that day. Plus even though I had a mask on most of the time (I was eating my lunch and tried to sit alone) the staff that doesn't wear masks there and apparently needed to talk to me had to get SUPER close. I'm not a well person to begin with so I didn't appreciate that either. Lehighton Kia IS 1000% a place that will screw you over and take COMPLETE advantage of you if given the chance. More
