I can not rate KIA any higher. They did react to fixing my car right away because it was under warranty yet BUT when I came back with a complaint of a bad smell and smoke from the engine I was turned away my car right away because it was under warranty yet BUT when I came back with a complaint of a bad smell and smoke from the engine I was turned away twice with there is nothing wrong, once by a service manager and once buy a sales manager to where finally the third time I had my own mechanic look at it first and then a service manager finally found the problem, a cracked valve cover. I drove around for weeks with this smell which was giving me a headache and sick to my stomach. More
