Not pleased! Exhausted! Tired! Frustrated! I was raised in a time that it's always great to discuss issue, refrain from ruining business credentials and allow the Exhausted! Tired! Frustrated! It's at a point that you want an honest opinion I going to give it! 04/30/2022 purchase a used vehicle 2020 Dodge Journey Right family size vehicle, low miles, vehicle within right price range with today economy. As of today, with two payments paid to a new loan of 32,000. The vehicle is not safe for myself or family. From the day I purchased this vehicle it has been nothing but trouble! Alignment Radiator Passenger side joints replacement Tires mix match And only to told that If I was not aware that the vehicle had been in a front end collision that is why my bumper will not hold in place...."Car has been in a front end accident! " Original GM said he will make things right. Only to found out he's no longer there. New GM, you bought a used car. No you sold me a used car that you fail to assure that it was drivable, follow under the state of Texas Transportation Regulation and you ir not upholding the respect of Ford Motor Company Missions whether the car is new or used! Help! Is all I can ask for. The vehicle will not be driven if it's not safe for the driver or the family. This is just a brief of the journal I have. To Whom is concern! More
